30-day return

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in unused condition, intact, with no signs of damage, washing or change in shape compared to the original.
  • The product must have intact tags and packaging as when received.
  • Provide a purchase invoice or order information from bednar.store.

Product Return Process

If you want to return the product, please follow these steps:

  • Once we confirm your request, you will receive specific instructions on how to return the product to bednar.store.
  • Returning the product: You send the product back to the address provided. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent by mistake on our part.
  • Inspecting the product: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product to ensure it is eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

We will notify you when we receive the returned product and inspect it. If your refund is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 business days.

About Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. Problems and Damages

Products Not Applicable for Return

Defective or Wrong Products

If the product you receive is defective or different from the order, we will take full responsibility and support a new one or a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can handle it promptly.

Cancellation of order

Orders that can be canceled within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full. We do not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours.

We will not accept cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. You do not need to cancel your order if you just want to change the color or size of your order.
